Holland - Hans Brinker Symphony

Gegevens single:

  • A-kant: Hans Brinker Symphony (trad. bew: Fred Haayen).
  • B-kant: The Silverfleet (J.J. Viotta, Jan Pieter Heije, bew: Cees Schrama en Fred Haayen.

Keith Law - the path

Keith Law - the path
album: the path (2015)

A wonderful Buddist song

The Path
(Keith Law)

Someone once said to me
that nothing stays forever
No state of mind, stays good or bad
but it could, if we were together

Someone once said to me
have you seen the deep insight
life is endless, make it right
things will change throughout your life

Chorus
I'd like to take you with me now
and I hope that it will last
I'd like to take you along a road
and it's called the path
I'd like to take you with me now
so don't think about the past
I'd like to take you along a road
and it's called the path
and it's called the path

Someone once said to me
make the right decision
I said that I can only tell
when I know I have the wisdom

Someone once said to me
you can have enlightenment
Nirvana is where we step
when it's like deep meditation

Chorus
I'd like to take you with me now
and  I hope that it will last
I'd like to take you along a road
and it's called the path
I'd like to take you with me now
so don't think about the past
I'd like to take you along a road
and it's called the path
and it's called the path
yes, it's called the path

Sandoz

hardrock, psych. blues

Sandoz - Pay Attention (1971)

One of the best records ever to my opinion, recorded in 1971 but not released untill in the 1990's. (only about 500 copies)

Side 1 Apple Core Machine (8.35)
           I Ain't Strong (8.42)
Side 2 Demi-God (13.25)

Sandoz featuring lead guitarist, John Goodsall (ex Babylon, Atomic Rooster and Brand X, bass player Jim Mercer and drummer Gary Lonsdale. They played a handful of gigs in 1972 including a Greasy Truckers show, and left behind these three amazing tracks.

Omnia Opera

Many years ago (1985) in a town far, far away! Kidderminster to be exact! Two dudes, Ade Scholefield and Rob Lloyd who hadn't come down yet from tripping to the sounds of Syd's Pink Floyd, Gong, Amon Duul, Hawkwind etc began experimenting with their own sounds. With very limited resources and technology they began to create a sound that took the listener to their own warped dimensions! This warped musical vehicle was known as "The Genetics of Destiny"...
